Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (1-3 yrs)

Responsibilities :
Build and maintain client relationships in the financial sector.
- Recommend and sell financial products such as investments and insurance.
- Exceed sales targets through prospecting and cross-selling
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).Min. 1 year of experience in banking and finance sales
- Proven sales success in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to analyze client needs.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
