CTC: 3.75+ Incentive + Other Benefits.
Key responsibilities :
- Meeting the sales target with assigned leads.
- Meeting with prospective consumers in the designated territory to determine their financial needs and market insurance solutions that meet those needs.
- Take a daily follow-up with clients.
- Offering pre-and post-sales support.
- Ensures business excellence and persistence.
Candidate Profile :
- Graduation is compulsory.
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in BFSI and life insurance is required.
- Age range: 22-38 years.
- Candidates must have been residents for at least three to five years.
