Job Title : Sales Manager - DSA & Sales Manager - Direct
Location : Multiple Locations (Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana)
Job Band : 11
Fixed CTC : Up to Rs. 8,00,000 Lac + Best in Industry Incentives
Eligibility Criteria :
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the NBFC sector, preferably with exposure to LAP/HL products.
- Candidates from banks may be considered if they have a background in assets (Direct/DSA sourcing), not liabilities/insurance.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Any graduate under 32 years of age.
- Good CIBIL score.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities :
Sales Manager - DSA :
- Develop and maintain relationships with local Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to achieve sales targets.
- Drive sales for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan (HL) products with a ticket size of 50L.
- Ensure smooth processing of applications and timely disbursement of loans.
- Monitor DSA performance and provide necessary training and support.
Sales Manager - Direct :
- Lead a sales team to achieve targets for LAP and HL products through direct market sourcing.
- Handle end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations.
