Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI/FMCG (2-8 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Direct Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team in Mysuru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, optimizing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement. This role requires a proactive approach to market penetration and a strong ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through direct sales efforts.
- Build and lead a team of sales professionals, providing training and performance guidance.
- Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
- Identify potential partnerships and networking opportunities to drive business growth.
- Ensure quick resolution of customer queries and high satisfaction levels.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements to sales approaches.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, or Direct Sales.
- Strong ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive business in a competitive market.
- Proficiency in sales tracking tools, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
