Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI/FMCG (2-5 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Direct Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, expand market presence, and drive revenue growth. This role requires hands-on field sales expertise, strategic planning, and team management to maximize direct sales opportunities.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-impact direct sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, approach, and convert high-potential prospects into long-term customers.
- Design and execute localized sales campaigns for maximum outreach and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with consumer behavior and trends.
- Build a strong pipeline by nurturing high-quality leads through effective engagement.
- Ensure seamless sales execution, from pitching to closing deals with potential clients.
- Conduct on-ground competitor analysis to refine sales positioning and unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Implement innovative sales techniques to improve productivity and conversion rates.
- Provide real-time sales insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Lead and train a team of field sales professionals to enhance overall performance.
Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of direct field sales experience (BFSI, FMCG, or relevant industries preferred).
- Proven track record in closing high-value deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to build rapport and create persuasive sales pitches.
- Adaptability to work in dynamic market conditions and drive continuous growth.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and sales closures.
