Roles and Responsibilities :
- Maintain the productivity of the sales officers (SOs)
- Meet the business targets
- Identify sales opportunities
- Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis
- Generate leads for new business and customers
- Prepare and analyze profit and loss statement for branch
- Guide sales officers and introduce clients to them
- Maintain stability in smooth-functioning of the activities in branch
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Education Any bachelor degree
- Experience- 3+ years experience of field sales & marketing in BFSI sector(Bank, Finance, Life / Health / general Insurance, Sales Small Finance, etc)
- Having best convincing & selling skill
- Having best networking skill
