Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI (2-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Create and put into action efficient marketing plans to close insurance deals.
- Assist families, companies, and individuals in choosing the insurance plan that best suits their needs
- Review client policy needs on a regular basis, particularly following significant life events
- Investigate and locate potential customers and fresh leads.
- Stay in regular contact with current clients to talk about extensions or renewals.
- Keep abreast of market developments and industry best practices in the insurance sector.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 year of field sales experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving.
