Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI (2-7 yrs)
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and ambitious Direct Sales Manager to join our insurance team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan effective ways to sell insurance directly to customers.
- Reach out to potential customers via phone calls, emails, and meetings.
- Use marketing initiatives to find new customers and build a client database.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and what competitors are doing.
- Work with various teams to create and launch sales campaigns.
- Review and analyze sales data to find ways to improve sales performance.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds the sales goals set by the company.
Qualifications :
- A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 year in field sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Must own a bike and have a valid driver's license.
