The Direct Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability within the agency channel. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Sales Management : Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the agency channel. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

- Team Leadership : Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching and support to maximize individual and team performance.

- Agency Development : Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the agency channel.

- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Develop strategies to capitalize on market dynamics.

- Performance Management : Set clear performance expectations for the sales team. Monitor and evaluate performance against established goals.

- Compliance : Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements :

- Proven track record in sales management within the life insurance industry.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of the life insurance industry and products.

- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
