Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Own and manage a team of Highly Motivated Financial Advisors
- Develop and execute plans to drive deep engagement, especially with key strategic relationships.
- Proactively determine customer meeting opportunities to ensure strategic alignment and to achieve revenue growth, including conducting recurring meetings via phone and in-person, and ---preparing/delivering quarterly business reviews.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of Life Insurance Products
- Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of products of Life insurance Policy
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Will be responsible for meeting sales target through Bank
- Will be responsible for maintaining relationships with all constituents in the Bank Branch
- Keeping accurate record of referrals received form all constituents in the bank branch.
Candidate Requirements :
- Min 2 years of sales and marketing experience in any sector/BFSI
- Good Communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Analytic skills
- Team handling experience
- Problem solving
