Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Direct Sales Manager to join our team in Bijapur. The ideal applicant has at least two years of field sales experience, ideally in the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) or related industries. This position entails direct selling, obtaining new clients, and generating revenue development.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Create and implement direct sales strategy to reach corporate objectives.
- Identify and gain new clients via field sales, referrals, and networking.
- Build and nurture long-term client connections to increase recurring business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales discussions with prospective clients.
- Negotiate and conclude sales deals effectively.
- To strengthen your sales strategy, keep an eye on market developments, rival activity, and consumer preferences.
- Maintain timely follow-ups and provide exceptional client service.
- Keep accurate sales records and reporting in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to business rules and industry requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- At least two years of field sales experience, particularly in BFSI, insurance, FMCG, or direct selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiating, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage many prospects at once.
- Expertise in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel throughout Bijapur and the surrounding areas for business purposes.
- Experience selling life insurance, general insurance, or financial products.
- Strong networking and customer acquisition abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing sales circumstances and client demands.
