Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
We're looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of Insurance Advisers.
- Drive sales performance and meet business targets.
- Monitor and support adviser activities to ensure productivity.
- Expand market reach and enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Candidate profile :
- Required Experience: Minimum experience of 2 + Years in Any Field Sales & Marketing.
- Candidate should be comfortable working through Direct Sourcing.
- CTC Bracket: up To : 3.15 LPA.
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Location: Candidate must be a locality.
