Job description: Direct Sales Manager
Job Summary :
You will be responsible for managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, and developing business strategies to increase revenue. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team and interact with clients.
Key responsibility :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance the value of existing client accounts Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and regulations within the insurance industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
Candidate profile :
- Education: Graduation is mandatory
- Experience: maximum 1+ year in sales field.
- Two-wheelers are required
