Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement plans to sell insurance.
- Contact potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Use marketing to find new customers and build a client list.
- Keep up with industry trends and competitors.
- Work with teams to create and launch sales campaigns.
- Review sales data to improve performance.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 2 year in field sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Must own a bike and have a valid driver's license.
