Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
You have to sale life insurance policy by convincing following type of Customers
1. Walking customers
2. Existing customers
3. If Leads provided by Branch
4. Your own contacts etc.
You may have to visit customers if required Or
- Recruit Partners
- Generate business through the Partners
- Lead the team of advisers
- Motivate them to achieve targets
- Provide training and guidance to them.
Required Candidate profile :

- Age : 21 To 38 Years
- Qualification : Graduation
- Experience : 1 Year of Exp. in Sales & Marketing/Banking/Insurance with a Relieving Letter
- Bike : Mandatory
