Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
We are seeking a Direct Sales Manager to join our team and take ownership of our direct sales channel.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales through the direct channel
- Lead and motivate a team of direct sales representatives to achieve targets
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to senior management
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in direct sales, preferably in Sales Field
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a sales team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
