Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage Banca Channel Sales Team to achieve business targets and growth.
- Develop and execute strategies for Agency Development, Bancassurance Sales, and Operations.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, clients, and internal teams.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Who We're Looking For :
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Minimum of 2 years in field sales.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Must own a bike and have a valid driver's license.
