Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Depending on their business requirements, support and offer merchants additional banking products and digital payment options.
- Lead, coach, and oversee the sales team responsible for acquiring merchants.
- Maintain your connections with retailers to ensure continued growth and the achievement of your sales targets.
- Make use of your network to draw in and hire new suppliers and business partners by providing the appropriate services.
- Engage in close collaboration with the SME/Corporate Relationship Managers for appointment scheduling and referrals.
- Create sales timelines, track them, and provide the acquiring team with regular information.
- Develop and implement a business plan in order to grow the company.
- Create and preserve relationships with significant accounts.
- Establish, maintain, and grow business relationships with existing retailers.
- Teach the store staff about the product as needed.
- As needed, draft business reports.
