Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI (2-2 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Direct Sales Manager to join our team in Hubli. The ideal candidate has 2 years of field sales experience and a strong ability to drive direct sales, build client relationships, and meet revenue targets. This role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and team coordination to maximize business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales efforts in Hubli.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in direct sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Hubli to meet clients.
