Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue generation.

- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key agencies in the target market.

- Negotiate and close deals with agencies, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.

- Provide agencies with the necessary training, support, and resources to successfully sell our products.

- Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio and value proposition.

- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products to agencies and clients.

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement sales improvement plans to drive growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency contacts and clients.

- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirement :

- Education : Any Graduate.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
