Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist customers with account-related queries, product information, and transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Support the implementation of customer service initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to service delivery.

- Strong skills in sales, good communication skills.
