Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI (1-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Meeting with potential clients to assess the utility and viability of future working partnerships.
- Maintaining constant contact with existing clients to ensure our company's visibility.
- Fixing neglected or broken connections.
- Conducting detailed needs assessments to better understand each client's demands.
- Identifying a range of our services that can help each customer achieve their goals and ideals.
- Suggesting and deliberating potential solutions with clients.
- Encouraging clients to upgrade their existing packages and purchase extra options.
- Addressing client problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Using internal ties to better meet our clients' demands and maximise profitability.
Candidate Requirement :
- 1+ year experience any sales field
- Education : Graduate
- Age : Between 22 to 38 years
- Strong skills in sales, good communication skills.
