Roles and Responsibilities :

- Control the client account operations on a daily basis, ensuring efficient service delivery and swiftly resolving any difficulties that arise.

- Monitor the performance of accounts and services offered to ensure they meet client expectations and organisational goals.

- Maintain accurate and current records of client interactions, sales activity, and account status in the CRM system.

- Manage all sales, contract, and client agreement documentation.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure client demands are addressed.

- Gather and share customer input to enhance products, services, and procedures.

- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor actions to provide educated advise and maintain competitiveness.

- Pursue continual professional development to improve skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Candidate Requirement :

- Minimum 1 years experience in field sales

- Education : Any Graduate.

- AGE : 21 to 38 Years.
