Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
To lead and inspire a group of insurance sales representatives to meet sales goals, we are seeking a Sales Specialist.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assemble, educate, and cultivate a group of insurance advisors.
- Meet business goals and increase sales success.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
