Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
To lead and inspire a group of insurance sales representatives to meet sales goals, we are seeking a Sales Specialist.
Principal Duties:
- For direction, oversight, and management of the Agent/IM within his/her hierarchy with regard to their life insurance company.
- For the caliber of life insurance plans that the agent or IM sources within their hierarchy.
- Held vicariously liable for every act of commission or omission by the Agent or IM in their position.
Job requirements:
- Postgraduate or equivalent to a graduate degree (10+2+3)
- At least one to seven years of experience in a sales development position
- It is required to have prior sales experience in the life insurance sector or any other industry.
- Candidates from the local area who are familiar with the potential market will be given preference.
