Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and motivate insurance agents to meet sales targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new agents.
- Analyze sales metrics and support agent performance.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns.
- Ensure compliance and prepare performance reports.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1 to 5 years of proven experience in sales.
- Strong sales, team management, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the Indian insurance market and regulations.
- Must be local.
