About the Role :
As a Direct Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading a team of direct sales agents, ensuring high performance and driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and achieving sales targets. Your leadership will be essential in recruiting, training, and motivating your team to meet and exceed goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of direct sales agents.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets.
- Monitor and track individual and team performance.
- Provide training and product knowledge to enhance team productivity.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Key Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience in direct sales.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Goal-driven, motivated, and passionate about sales.
- Age: 25-40 years.
- Local candidates from Hyderabad are preferred.
- Compensation: Salary (CTC): 3.03 LPA to 3.08 LPA
