Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI (1-3 yrs)
Key responsibilities :
- Achieve sales goals by efficiently matching clients to relevant insurance options.
- Provide excellent pre-and post-sales support while establishing long-term client relationships.
- Create customized insurance coverage based on each client's specific requirements and budget.
- Connect with individuals and families to better understand their unique circumstances and financial goals.
Candidate Profiles :
- Graduation is compulsory.
- A minimum of one or more years of experience in BFSI and life insurance is necessary.
- Age range : 22 to 38 years.
- Candidates must be residents for at least three to five years.
