Manager - Direct Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- The control of the sales function, product development, and costing handled important client relationships, client satisfaction, and problem solutions.
- Keep tabs on customer projects, troubleshoot product problems, and expand account business
- Serving as a liaison between the internal CFT team and the customer coordinating with the sales staff and dealers to tackle pressing problems, using direct emailers to build brand awareness and talking with potential clients about their needs
- Provide sales head with feedback and reports on a weekly and monthly basis. Have discussions with various technical groups that cover all organisational levels.
- Updating project status & sales reporting on a weekly & monthly basis
- Taking part in trade shows and outdoor advertising
- Ignoring product placement at dealer points and company-owned display centres
- Neglecting the launch of new products after receiving a new project award
- Must have excellent communication abilities.
