Manager - Direct Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Assign sales employees with the task of handling customer accounts
- Synchronize each salesperson's own action plan for sales.
- Manage the performance of the sales team, ensure they have the tools they need to work effectively and track their progress toward their goals. They should also coordinate with other company departments to make sure their goals are met.
- Assist in the creation of sales presentations and proposals by helping to assess the effectiveness of the sales team and providing feedback, assistance, and coaching to the sales team.
- Organize and keep track of internet sales activity
- Look into the records of lost sales and customers.
