Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruit advisor and provide training to advisor
- Generating leads from open market and references
- Guide and help to the team for achieve target
- Build and maintain relationship with customer
- Communicate with team for more business
- Maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
- Promote agents to use the Agent Portal & CRM for managing their customer & cross selling them for different products
- Promote & motivate agents for Career progression program to make them
Requirement skill:
Graduated in any field.
Having best of experience in field sales minimum 2+ years and for higher designation 2+ years in BFSI sector
Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team of FCs and advisers
Good leadership and people skills.
Communication skill
Excellent time management.
Great networking abilities.
