Manager - Direct Sales - Bank (1-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and building relationships with Bank Branch Managers to generate leads.
- Pitching and engaging walk-in clients at the bank, and also doing a Quick Need Analysis.
- Enhancing bank client knowledge of insurance-related products and achieving targeted cross-sell penetration within the branch's customer base.
- Improve understanding and motivate bank employees to recommend General Insurance offerings to bank customers.
- Verify accordance with the inner procedure for sales and other stated sales and service standards.
Requirement:
- Min 2+ year of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Qualification- Graduation mandatory
- AGE : 21 to 38 Years
CTC- Up To 4.00 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit
