Manager - Direct Sales (2-6 yrs)
Our distribution company's leadership team needs a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our domestic sales department.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Assist sales representatives on the ground while they create leads and close new business.
- Meet with clients to talk about their changing demands and evaluate how well our business is getting along with them.
- Create and put into action fresh sales campaigns, plans, and activities to target specific populations.
- Report field sales success every day and share VOC data with supervisors.
Candidate Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or graduation in any field
- Experience: Two to three years or more of marketing and sales experience
- Age 21 to 38 years
