Job Description :
- Providing the client with portfolio, renewal, and maturity updates
- Sending out regular, well-structured newsletters or pertinent news.
- Analyzing client information on investments, etc., and offering insightful advice or recommendations for changing direction
- Offering comprehensive financial services and products to a company or an individual, either directly or through collaboration with colleagues from other Epsilon Group organizations.
- Recognizing competition and coming up with ways to counter it.
- Continuous improvement of industry knowledge and understanding
- Leveraging the technology base at hand to provide reports and reminders, retain customer data, derive analytics, and keep track of the major points of conversations.
