Manager - Direct Channel Sales - Insurance (1-7 yrs)
Overall, your goal as a Direct Channel Sales Manager will be to drive sales growth through the direct sales channel, while ensuring that your team delivers excellent customer service and meets their targets.
Position: Direct Channel Sales Manager
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating sales leads and achieving sales targets through the direct channel.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Conducting market research and analysing customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Managing the sales team and providing guidance and training to team members.
- Meeting with clients to discuss their insurance needs and recommending suitable policies.
- Coordinating with other departments such as underwriting, claims, and customer service to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2-3 years of experience in BFSI Sales industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
