Manager - Digital Marketing - Toys (3-8 yrs)
- Lead planning and execution of all digital marketing activities.
- Own user acquisition and traffic generation across digital channels including SEO/SEM, Paid, Social Media Marketing, Display advertising, Influencers, Blogs, Newsletters, E-mailers, etc.
- Manage marketing creative development and deployment for all digital campaigns (web content, landing pages, ads, copy).
- Work with E-Com partners / Online MT's for cross platform promotions.
- Provide effective feedback on creative, copy, and campaigns. Giving actionable feedback on content & design for continuous performance improvements.
- Measure, track, and optimize on channel and program performance to consistently achieve and exceed key brand and growth KPIs including reducing costs & optimizing CPMs / CTRs / PPC / and ROAS parameters.
- Constantly test new strategies to scale campaigns and improve return on marketing investment.
- Promote growth through new targeting and bidding improvements, using data to find new profitable segments, and testing into new platforms, channels, and ad units.
- Monitor and report on website performance, page speeds, schema validation, HTML status codes, and drive landing page optimization.
- Present key learnings weekly, monthly, and quarterly with larger team, perform regular keyword research and report on rankings.
