Our Client is a India-headquartered software product development company with a strong business presence in Eastern Europe and around 10 years of experience in designing, building, streamlining, and supporting complex and large-scale software products.
The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Analyzing and identifying gaps in website content, optimizing pages for improved search results, building links, and supervising content creation.
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns and Managing paid search campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyzing website and social media pages, then making recommendations for improvement.
- Monitoring website traffic, search results, and developing strategies.
- Generating content ideas and delegating these to the team.
- Overseeing content creation and offering suggestions.
- Optimizing pages for desktop, tablet, and mobile use.
- Developing link-building strategies.
- Keeping up to date with new trends and best SEO practices.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow specifications.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- -Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
