Digital Marketing Manager (Social Media Coordinator)

- Position company as a leading automotive firm by generating educational, inspiring and engaging content that highlights our expertise and thought leadership practices.

- Be the storyteller - continuously share timely and unique company success stories, events (tradeshows, webinars, conferences, etc.) and announcements with engaging content copy and multimedia assets (photos, videos, infographics, etc.) that ultimately humanizes the brand.

- Responsible for copy writing for social media posts and integrating copy with graphics and multi-media generated by internal resources and/or outside firms.

- Ensuring thought leadership and the sharing of relevant industry news by staying on top of current updates in the space industry.

- Understand company various social audiences to develop a content calendar to continuously engage and strengthen brand loyalty, to maximize social followers across the public, investors,governments, and job seekers.

- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information in line with the companies- growth strategy and campaign priorities.

- Regularly propose content updates for the website (www.mda.space).

- Stay up to date on the latest social media best practices and trending news in Geointelligence,Satellite Systems and Robotics and Space Operations.

- Implement social media messaging strategy to connect and nurture cold traffic into warm,qualified leads from IG, FB, LinkedIn, and other channels.

- Strategize, execute, and manage a variety of client Facebook ad campaigns from: conception,to execution, to analysis and manage budgets

- Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance, while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests

- Utilize third party analytics programs to monitor consumer engagement and brand sentiment

Provide regular reports based on digital analytics and consumer engagement

- Identify and stay on top of emerging social media trends and ad formats for new networks.

- Must be able to brainstorm and develop content ideas to completion with the social media

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Ideally at least 2-4 years of experience in social media, preferably for a digital agency

- Core competencies in content idealization, editorial calendar planning, online promotions, project and analytics management skills

- 2-3 Years of paid Facebook advertising experience

- Experience with Hootsuite, Google Analytics. Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook insights, Canva or other creative ad tools.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets

- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills

- Creativity is a must

- Ability to multitask and prioritize

- Will do whatever it takes to get the job done

- Must be fun and passionate
