Manager - Digital Marketing/Social Media (0-2 yrs)
Looking for candidates who are ready to work at a fasting growing start-up wearing multiple hats and working with cross-functions to get the work done (Looking for people who can join immediately):
- In-depth understanding of the social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Quora etc
- Should have hands-on experience in content writing (social posts/Website content)
- Understanding social media trends
- Understanding content/creative types and coming up with creative ideas to increase user interaction
- Ability to come up with multiple creative ideas for user engagement, acquisition and retention On the social media platforms, website and even paid marketing
- Experience with PR & ORM (Online reputation management) is a plus
- In-depth understanding of SEO is a plus
- Worked on Facebook advertisements boosted posted (targeted) and should have handled a minimum budget of INR 50K a month.
- Google adwords, performing keyword research, wriiting adcopies etc
Must have :
- Should be ready work with a closely-knitted team and delivery excellent results
- Ability to stretch and get-it-done attitude
- Since it is a start-up, should be able to work on multiple thinks like answering to Quora questions, driving reviews etc
