About the Role :
- The role of a Digital Marketing Manager is to increase the brand awareness of our client as a social listening and analytics platform
- Liaise with internal cross- functional teams to devise effective social media strategies and campaigns
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns for the platform
- Manage social media channels.
- Execute all social media activities including ideation, content review & writing, design liaison, generating reports etc.
- Analyse & report social media performance across platforms
- Conduct social media research, derive analytics, use tools for strategies and prepare reports
- Stay updated on the latest trends, developments and disruptions in digital marketing and social media
- Effective use of CRM to manage inbound & outbound leads and coordination with the sales team for ROI
- Thorough understanding of B2B marketing
- A fair understanding of various marketing tools such as SEMRush, BuzzSumo, Mailchimp etc
- Excellent communication skills. Natural ability to speak, write and communicate clearly, and make effective presentations.
- A penchant for technology and be updated on the latest trends and news in marketing technology
