Manager - Digital Marketing - Recruitment Portal (6-8 yrs)
Job Purpose:
Plan and execute cross channel performance digital marketing campaigns for Naukri.com, performance campaigns include search, social media, re-targeting, native platforms etc
Key Responsibility Areas :
- Plan and outline cross channel digital marketing and remarketing campaigns, aligned to expected performance and returns
- Drive acquisition across platform at target cost and work to continuously optimize the same
- Leverage digital ecosystem to drive brand awareness and track awareness parameters
- Work with internal and external creative teams to design sharp and effective communication for digital campaigns
- Lead effective re marketing across platforms to drive acquisition
- Experiment, scout and implement new digital marketing channels, tools, best practices to consistently improve ROIs
- Work closely with the Sales & Product Teams and execute campaigns to meet business objectives.
- Monitor impact of each campaign/project on key site metrics and report to stakeholders, on a regular basis.
Team Management: Individual contributor role.
KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role) :
- Efficiency metrics like click thru rates, cost per acquisition
- Consistently work towards improving digital marketing ROIs
Requirements :
Minimum educational qualifications - Graduate
- 6 to 8 years of experience in running performance digital marketing campaigns like SEM, and Facebook marketing
- Should have thorough understanding of adwords, google analytics, facebook marketing dashboards
- Exposure of running remarketing campaigns on google, facebook or any other specialized tools like sociomandit, cretio is a plus
- Should have strong analytical and data skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a good team player
