A leading real estate firm based in Surrey, Canada, dedicated to providing exceptional services in the real estate market. We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our online marketing efforts.
Job Summary :
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales for our real estate services. You will work closely with our internal digital marketing team member in Philippines & Canada, also to handle an external agency based in Canada to ensure effective campaign implementation and results.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Prepare marketing plan with the management including Social Media Marketing, SEO Strategy, PPC Management, Content Creation, Analytics and Reporting, Team Coordination, Market Research.
2. Execute marketing plan with the help of our team member in Philippines & our vendor in Canada
3. Get work done from the Virtual Assistants
4. Analyse successful real estate teams & pick up ideas and incorporate best of these
5. To Manage email blast software
6. To create and manage online posting calendar and execute it
- 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media marketing, SEO, and PPC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and Email Blaster Software.
