Manager - Digital Marketing - Real Estate (4-8 yrs)

You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and increase sales for our new developments.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

- Develop and implement a social media strategy for our company across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Create engaging and visually appealing content showcasing our company's properties, communities, and brand story

- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across all social media channels

- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, lead generation)

- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and platforms relevant to the real estate industry.

Lead Generation & SEO:

- Implement SEO best practices to improve our company's organic search ranking

- Develop content strategies to attract qualified leads to the website

- Manage and optimize landing pages for lead capture

- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement

Paid Advertising (PPC & SEM):

- Develop and manage targeted PPC advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to reach new audiences and generate leads

- Manage and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase website traffic and brand visibility

- Analyze campaign performance and optimize spending for maximum return on investment (ROI)

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on real estate

- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and community management

- Experience with SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Search Console, etc.)

- Working knowledge of PPC advertising platforms (Google Ads, social media ads)
