Job Description :
The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content
- Develop and manage website content and social media pages.
- Find and target audiences with Landing Pages.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Knows Video creation and video editing, animation, graphic designing, creating artworks for promotional activities.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments, lead generations and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across
multiple channels and customer touch point
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners..
Qualifications :
- 2 to 3 year of digital marketing experience
- Education-Graduate / Diploma in Digital Marketing,
- Preferably Female candidate.
- Content creation skills required.
- Excellent communication, creative and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Two wheeler & valid DL required.
