Job Summary :
- Monitor, track & assign work based on team member capabilities & skills
- Communicate with internal team members on process changes & team performance
- Maintain daily & monthly reports and timely communicate with all leaders & team
- Prioritize work effectively in order to meet SLA
- Work closely with Operations & Training teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
- Anticipate and track operational as well as tactical risks and providing strategic solutions
- Oversee and report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics
- Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution
- Manage career progression of team members
- Collaborate with Global as well as Local support teams to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values
- Maintain knowledge of new trends, developments and techniques, in paid digital search, display, and social media advertising techniques
- Incorporate constantly evolving technologies, processes, and publisher requirements into campaign evaluation and management (Google AdWords, Yahoo|Bing AdCenter)

Qualifications & Skills :
