Years of Experience - 4 to 6 years experience in Online or Digital Fundraising/ Marketing with a proven track record.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Digital Manager is a key post within the fundraising team. You will be responsible for delivering

Fundraising:

- Achieve set targets for conversion and cost/income from digital activities.

- Plan, execute and evaluate digital fundraising campaigns to meet fundraising objectives, using appropriate channels from the digital marketing mix (including email, social media, website, search engine optimisation and pay per click advertising)

- Work with the Head Communications and external agencies to coordinate online or digital fundraising strategy. As part of the Digital Communications you will identify and develop content for all digital channels and contribute to the team's broader work, including digital marketing (SEO and PPC) and social media monitoring.

- Prepare monthly web analytics to assess the digital fundraising performance and take measures accordingly.

Website and online marketing:

- Frequently maintain and optimize the fundraising content on the website, to deliver seamless supporter journeys that help bring on board new donors and engage with current supporters.

- Build and maintain new online donation pages to support fundraising activity, including A/B testing.

- Be an expert user of our content management system and be able to troubleshoot and suggest and manage the day-to-day running of Google grant account

- Research and implement innovative ways of bringing new supporters on board using digital tools.

Reporting:

- Manage the tracking of digital fundraising activity to enable full reporting and analysis.

- Monitor, explore and highlight the potential impact of existing and emerging technologies, our Branding campaigns/events and new legislation or guidelines, on fundraising and supporter engagement.

- Ensure that all online activity is suitably measured and analysed, and results shared. This will include website analytics, conversion tracking, KPI reporting and A/B testing across multiple channels.

- Benchmark, track and interpret web and digital performance measures and propose improvements, actions and tactics across the sector.

- Plan, build and run digital fundraising activity that aligns with offline fundraising campaigns.

- Network with other fundraising verticals for coordinated fundraising across all channels.

- Achievement of Targets, reasonable cost ratios, online campaigns and online traffic
