Manager - Digital Marketing - Manufacturing Sector (8-10 yrs)
A well known manufacturing sector is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for Jigani, Hubli,Bangalore
Qualification
- Engineering degree with a good CGPA
- MBA Degree in Marketing, preferred from a Tier-1 institute
- 8-10 years of experience in a digital role in e-commerce or company with performance digital brand spends. Candidates with performance digital experience from an agency background would also be considered.
Technical Skills/Knowledge :
- Strong expertise with ad serving, digital tracking, attribution modeling, analytical suites, SEO implementation, social media marketing and email/sms marketing
- Sharp Analytical Skills and problem solving ability, eye for detail. Excel skills - familiarity with pivot tables and Vlookup function is a huge bonus, and PowerPoint is beneficial
- Understanding of digital paid media strategies (PPC, Social, Display) and top/mid/bottom funnel strategies
- Proven success in managing ROI across multiple digital campaigns with a strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Display, Mobile, Online Video and Programmatic
- Google Ad-words / Analytics Certifications and experience on marketing automation platforms like Adobe Marketing Cloud or Marketo are a plus
Knowledge and application of digital media techniques such as search engine optimization (SEO), basic website design knowledge
- Excellent project management experience
- Language: Fluent in English and Hindi
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
1. Prepare the digital marketing plan in consultation with all stakeholders and budget recommendation for the year and ensure implementation of the plan for all brands
2. Manage the website customer experience and work closely with stakeholders
3. Direct and execute all aspects of paid marketing efforts including implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.
4. Oversee all social media channels and execute social media campaigns
5. Provide recommendations for creative & media optimizations and develop a testing plan & media buying strategy.
6. Create and manage digital media channels and related initiatives for products by planning and creation of monthly campaigns, youtube videos, mobile apps & working with digital agency
7. Work with Digital agency to manage the budget, measure, analyze and report ROI for media spend against established metrics
8. Drive search engine optimization activities like back link generation, domain name buying in order to increase the website traffic and improve page rank month on month
9. Provide feedback mechanisms on all digital media initiatives
10. Analyze and assess the performance of the online campaigns & related data
11. Provide recommendations to vendors for websites, digital media agencies, website design, PR agencies
12. Maintaining reports using Google Analytics and other tools
