Role Summary :
- The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the online presence, run brand campaigns, demand generation campaigns and manage user experience across all the online platforms.
- The role is for an experienced marketing professional with a passion for digital marketing, brand building and content marketing.
- In this role you will provide digital first communication strategy and execution leadership. You will work closely with the marketing functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
Qualifications :
- Proven B2B digital marketing experience across a mature IT product/services/research company
- 5+ years of experience in a full-fledged digital marketing role with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, website and digital content optimization
- Sound knowledge of online platforms, adtech, marketing automation platforms, digital marketing tools and content management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication with an ability to take the lead on original content generation and adaptation
- Native social media wisdom with a strong practitioner perspective on channel effectiveness across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Medium
Responsibilities :
- Design and develop contemporary user journeys across our digital platforms
- Conceptualize, execute and scale up digital campaigns (across paid, owned and earned media).
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing campaigns (A/B testing, targeting, creative, messaging), implement ideas, and track and report results
- Monitor and evaluate end-to-end campaign performance (viz. CTRs, conversion metrics, and qualified leads)
- Report on quarterly numbers for clicks, leads, sales qualified leads for all online advertising investments
- Track best practices and industry trends on digital marketing. Implement learnings to improve campaign effectiveness and business impact
- Manage agency and execution/creative partner relationships
- Ensure compliance with brand, digital, privacy and legal guidelines
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance and make improvements
- Build collaborative partnerships and work in a dynamic environment and effectively toggle between substantial tactical and strategic asks
