Manager - Digital Marketing - IT (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, own and execute all digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to rapidly scale successful campaigns and learnings
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Manage and track campaign budgets across external agencies and internal cross functional teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Skills & Qualification :
Google Analytics :
- Track, trace and improve marketing insights with the help of Google Analytics.
- SEO and Keywords : Identify, Implement, track and improve SEO ranking through backlink strategy, google AdWords, website SEO Optimisation.
- Main Goal : Lead Gen through Digital Media.
Experience :
- 5 years + prior experience in online marketing in a b2b or b2b2c environment.
- 5 years of practical experience in organic and paid search and display, strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Keyword Planner.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience in HubSpot tying SEO, Email automation, Google Analytics and Social Media reporting.
