Manager - Digital Marketing - IT (3-4 yrs)

Responsibility :
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet.
- Communicate with our Vice President about marketing goals and results.
- Work within the budget allotted by client for marketing campaign and other purchase.
- Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook/Instagram, Twitter etc
- Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports/ Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign's performance.
- Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
- Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
- Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability.
- Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures.
- Analyse key metrics that unit our website traffic and our service quotas.
- Manage all aspects of marketing operations, including key personnel.
- Manage art and copywriting professionals (outsourcing where needed).
- Oversee a social media strategy.
- Fix any errors or bugs in online content
Qualification and Skills :
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required
- 3+ years- experience in B2C digital marketing and advertising
- Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
- Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO
- Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS required
